Here at Skilled Summers, we focus on recruiting experienced activity leaders and skilled specialists for our premium Camps across the USA. To start, please refer to our ‘In-Demand Skills‘ section to see if you qualify for our programme.
Are you who we are looking for? Great! We can’t wait to hear from you. Apply by clicking 'Apply Here' below. There is no fee to do this.
The team will then be in touch to discuss your application and skills, and answer any questions you may have. If we feel you would be a good fit for the programme, we will then invite you to officially apply by beginning your application on our online system.
Your online application will involve going further into your background, specialist skills and discussing any prior experience working with children. Once completed, we will then invite you to arrange an interview with a member of our team.
Once You Have Passed Your Interview, Your Placement Is Guaranteed!
Your interview will take place via Skype/Facetime. During your interview, we will refer back to your application and discuss your skills and experience in more detail.
Your interview will also give you the perfect opportunity to tell us about what type of camp you are looking for and the position you want to work in which will assist us with the placement process.
Submit your references, photos and a short video demonstrating your skills.
Make your second payment of £99. This will allow us to send your application to camps for consideration.
